Attorney Nicholas L. Triantos, Esq. responded very quickly to my texts, phone calls, and emails about a real estate boundary dispute. Before I retained him, he clearly and concisely explained the pertinent law and the required legal work. When I asked to retain him, his invoice included detailed and very reasonable costs. When his services were complete, he immediately refunded the remaining money. Attorney Triantos was the second attorney with whom I worked on this issue. The first was worthless and, as I later learned, should not have accepted the case since he knew the other party’s attorney; he also refused to provide a receipt for my payment. Three other attorneys I contacted did not return my calls. I highly recommend Attorney Nicholas L. Triantos for his legal knowledge and advice, communication, and responsiveness.

We had a consultation call with Nick on tenant issues. Nick is very knowledgeable in real estate laws in Massachusetts. He explained all the procceses in details and answered all our questions very patiently. We decided not to pursue the eviction process. However, we will be contacting Nick for any of our future cases.
