Rossatto responded quickly. He came to assess the work and gave me a price. I needed to repair a Bay window sill that had rotted. His crew came up and did an awesome job! They replaced the wood and painted the window- I couldn’t have asked for a better job! The price was fair and reasonable as well! They were all so polite and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

This is my first time using an app for contractor recommendations. Four companies responded to my inquiry, but Rossatto of Deck New England was the only one who truly followed through. From the start, they set clear expectations. They were punctual, highly communicative, and gave an honest assessment of the work needed. What stood out most was the way Rossatto treated his crew, the property, and the jobsite. The care and respect he brings to every aspect of the work clearly carries through to the team and the craftsmanship. The results speak for themselves. This was a great experience for us! We are truly so grateful for Rossatto and his team. They were tremendously knowledgeable around the buildout of our deck and offered great suggestions to us to maximize space. We encountered a couple issues with our old deck once the old boards were removed that made the scope of the project bigger. It was in real bang up shape and poorly installed years and years ago. We really appreciated Rossatto’s transparency in what was occurring and his incredibly fair pricing practices! This also didn’t stop them from going forward with the job; they continued right on working and built out a whole brand new deck for us! What was most exciting about this project was we scheduled it and didn’t have to wait 6 months for them to fit us in. We discussed at the end of April, and the full deck rebuild was complete before June and was done in no time with only taking about a week. Would highly recommend them for your decking services!
