This place is great! As someone who wasn’t sure what to do with their old hardwood floor Eduardo was able to provide us with his honest feedback. I am very happy with the end result of my floor and recommend this company to anyone! Especially those looking for an honest opinion for a great value.

Working with Eduardo and CEPM was a great experience. They tiled the wall and floor of our bathroom. It came out great, everyone on the team was friendly and careful. We are having them come back to make us a countertop as well. Highly recommended!

These guys were great! I was going to re-use the existing granite, which these guys took off without damage. Unfortunately issues with the cabinets wouldn't allow me to do that. (Fault of the cabinet guy) They gave me a quote for new granite, more than fair pricing, and they installed it the following week. Would highly recommend them! Also they moved the old granite down to the basement for me, 3 heavy pieces, down 3 flights of stairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends heavily on the material and the square feet (area) the marble/granite/stone will take up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up an appointment to check the area and measurements. Then, we check the measurements to provide a estimate for the customer, sometimes we take more time to provide an estimate because we need to determine what type of material the surface can handle and what type of material the customer likes. Also the customer can determine what kind of polish edge they like. We usually carry samples of the material, but if the customer would like to see more options then we can schedule a time to meet up at our warehouse and choose from more options there. Or if the customer has their own type they would like, we can handle that as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 years of experiences, including 7 years of training.
