🍯 What to Know About Our Pricing At Bees & Thank You, we believe in transparency, value, and flexibility. Our pricing reflects our commitment to sourcing premium local ingredients, hiring and training skilled team members, and providing a seamless catering experience from start to finish. Here’s what customers should know: Clear, Upfront Quotes Every proposal includes a detailed breakdown of food, staffing, setup, and service fees. No hidden costs — ever. Service Options for Every Budget Menu Pricing Our gourmet grilled cheese and catering trays are priced by size and portion, typically ranging from $1200–$2000 depending on selection and guest count. Specialty items and custom menus are available upon request. Travel & Event Fees We base travel and setup fees on distance, location, and event timing. Peak-season weekends and large-scale events may incur additional coordination fees. Discounts & Partnerships We regularly offer preferred rates for nonprofits, schools, and returning clients. Multi-truck packages through The Hive Food Truck Collective also include bundled pricing and shared staffing discounts. Payment Terms A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and checks. We price fairly — not cheaply — because we’re not just feeding people. We’re supporting local farmers, artisans, and staff who take pride in their craft. Our Process for New Customers At Bees & Thank You and The Hive Collective, we make catering simple, flexible, and stress-free. 1️⃣ Consultation: We learn about your event — date, guest count, and vision — and recommend tailored menu options. 2️⃣ Custom Quote: You’ll receive a detailed proposal with pricing, service options, and any add-ons. 3️⃣ Booking: Secure your date with a signed agreement and deposit — we handle the rest. 4️⃣ Event Coordination: Our team manages logistics, staffing, and setup, keeping communication clear and easy. 5️⃣ Day-Of Service: We arrive early, execute seamlessly, and ensure your guests are happy. Every event supports local farms and beekeepers — so your celebration creates a real community impact
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education & Training I earned my degree from Emmanuel College in Boston, where I focused on business development, marketing, and community leadership. Over the past decade, I’ve built real-world expertise through hands-on experience running Bees & Thank You and co-founding The Hive Food Truck Collective, combining entrepreneurship, hospitality, and event management. In 2023, I also served with the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, managing large-scale events, logistics, and client services—training that sharpened my operational and customer experience skills.
