    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      Our process for working with a new customer depends on the service the customer is receiving from us. We typically have several types of clients, which we will list in order of frequency. (1) Weddings DJ & Photo Booth- When decide that you would like to hire Ensemble Events for wedding services (good choice!), we start out by getting basic information from you about you, your wedding ceremony, and reception. We then send you an Ensemble Events service agreement and invoice. A 50% deposit is required for all weddings booked with Ensemble Events. After the agreement and deposit are taken care of, we then set our foundation meeting, which is our initial meeting where we go over exactly what your goals and expectations are for your big day, and plan our steps toward achieving those goals. From that point, we schedule a site venue visit so we can see the venue and are on the same page in terms of setup. After the venue visit follows more meetings (both in person and over video conference), emails, texts, and communication where we make our timelines, fill out questionnaires, and go over details of the big day. The exact number of meetings really depends on the wedding itself, and the level of comfort of the bride and groom. We have met with some of our couples a few times, others we have met on several occasions before the wedding! A wedding day is a production, we like to compare it to a movie, only it's not scripted and you only get one take. All characters (bride, groom, wedding party, wedding vendors) need to be informed and know what they are doing and what to expect- all extras (your guests and invitees) need to be informed, involved, and entertained so that the day runs smoothly. We work with our clients right up to the big day until we are confident in these details. 2)
