Charles did excellent work in restoring our aquarium, which had not been serviced professionally in some time. He came on time, and performed the cleanup and rearrangement of our shells, rocks, and driftwood expertly. The aquarium is once again looking great. We are counting on Charles to guide us in continuing to beautify our aquarium and in selecting more fish. His love for fish is amazing, and his knowledge is encyclopedic! Highly recommended.

Our office aquarium was simply embarrassing. I knew I had to hire a professional as I was just not able to bring it back from its utter grunginess, so I hired Office Aquariums! They sent a fantastic staff member who did a thorough and extensive deep cleaning. It looks like an entirely different aquarium now and lends an entirely different atmosphere to the whole office. I'm now proud for clients to see it when they walk in! Our fish are clearly happier too!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The mentorship runs 30 days, the fee is $50. The $50 gets you 1 hour of phone time or 25 texts or emails, within a 30day period. Each text you send reduces the available phone time by 1 minute.
For in person aquarium service, the minimum aquarium service fee is $ 125. Factors influencing pricing but not limited to, are;
1. The size of the aquarium,
2. if the tank needs an over haul or just a cleaning
3. All materials are priced in addition to labor
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before any quotes are given, a picture of the aquarium is required, along with some history of what the cleaning frequency and regimen has been including recent or ongoing issues .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served 3 terms as president of the Worcester Aquarium Society. I have won trophies, plagues and ribbons from showing fish competitively. I am a member of the Boston Reefers Society. I have attended numerous weekend workshops of the NorthEast Council of Aquarium Societies, and... I don't even eat fish!!
