We needed a replacement shingle roof, and also wanted soffit vents placed and gutter guards installed. Romulo and his crew did an excellent job with all of the tasks...they were quick, efficient, and relatively quiet, the work site was cleaned thoroughly, and the finished product looked great. In addition, Laryssa in the front office was extremely helpful through the entire process. If you are looking for a roofer, hire this company!

Loyalty was professional and did a great job replacing the roof on our old house. They explained everything and provided a thorough estimate that was very close to the final bill. Matt and Laryssa were easy to work with and answered all questions. They left our property clean and took just over 2 days to finish the whole roof. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

I have been a homeowner for over 25 years and have to hire a number of companies to perform work on my 60 year old home. Romulo Gomes and his crew at Loyalty are by far one of the best hiring decisions I have made: 1) Romulo's initial presentation of his solution was simple, but yet, I subsequently received an extremely comprehensive quotation which included photos of the house, certificates of all of his vendor qualifications, an extremely detailed description of the work and his other (excellent) references. 2) His price was significantly lower than everyone else I spoke to. 3) While that did make me a little concerned at first, it was easy to reconcile when I learned that Romulo himself works on every job personally. In fact, while everyone on the crew worked incredibly hard, I very much appreciated the Romulo took great care of his crew, supplying them with an array of beverages and participating in even the most minor tasks. 4) The work was performed on time, and went above and beyond expectations. (The ridge vent cover was extended beyond the normal length, from gable to gable rather than stopping short of where the vent actually extended, keeping the compressor in their equipment trailer significantly reduced the noise for myself and my neighbors, the entire soffit needed to be replaced and was done so with 1/2" plywood, 4" vent holes and proper vents in every bay) 5) Communications and all documentation was managed via on-line services including contract and warranty approvals. 6) Laryssa went above and beyond expectations to help prepare the documentation I needed for the insurance company when issues were uncovered after the project started. 7) Cleanup was thoroughly completed at the end of each day (which sometimes went from 7AM to 7PM.) 8) Sometimes, it's just the small things that make the difference: A box of brownies appeared at the house a few days after they finished thanking us for our business. I hope that this recommendation does justice to the work Loyalty Roofing Solutions provides.

Loyalty put a new roof on our garage and took off and replaced the roof on our house. They were amazing, we have done lots of work to our house and dealt with many contractors and they are 100% the best we have worked with. Romulo was super nice, on time, efficient. He was there when he said he would be and finished the project so fast. They left no trace of them being there, they cleaned up everything beautifully, it looked nicer when they left! Romulo showed and sent us pictures of the roof and the work he did around the chimney and the other areas of detail so we didn't have to worry or getup on the roof ourselves. Laryssa was super nice, quick and efficient. She sent the contact, color samples with finished picture examples over right away so the project could start asap. They were a dream to work with and I would recommend them 100% to anyone.
