They were great! Mark was incredibly responsive and sent a great team. Jackie was especially helpful taking the lead as server, and made a beautiful charcuterie board during the set up that saved me time and looked like I spent hundreds… with them there I didn’t have to manage a thing! Thank you.

Could only choose three items but would also like to add that the staffers showed up on time, so punctuality which is key. From the time they arrived, they jumped in and assisted in setting up the hall. They required little or no direction. They completely handled food setup, serving and clean up, including packing the food in to go containers. They were also helpful with elaborate dessert table. Overall, their performance was a great value. This freed up my friends, family and myself to enjoy my 70th birthday party!

Matt and his staff from Clockwork Staffing were excellent to work with!! From the initial inquiry, Matt listened to what I was looking for our event, gave detailed information on how his staff work at the event, and shared helpful tips for me to consider. He was timely in all of his communications with me. The staff, William, Lori and Amanda, were outstanding! They were punctual, professional and friendly. After I gave the initial overview of the facility and catering, they assured me that they had it, and they did! I was able to fully enjoy our son's wedding celebration and to visit with all of our guests. There was even flexibility for all of them to remain longer, which was much appreciated. We had a wonderful experience with a bartender from Clockwork. She was on time and professional and did a great job prepping garnishes and churning out festive holiday cocktails based on recipes I pre-selected. Guests were impressed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced. Our servers and bartenders undergo a comprehensive background check, have food safety and allergen awareness training and are insured for worker's comp. and liability. Our bartenders are TIPS certified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Clockwork Staffing is a family business founded in 1983. It was founded by Christine Cater and sold to her son Matthew in 2012. Now, it is run by Matthew and his wife, Irina.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have served a wide variety of clientele, from upscale private homes in MetroWest, to President Biden and Prince William at the Moonshot Awards at JFK Library, to smaller weddings and corporate events. We work with stadiums and convention centers, caterers, event planners, hotels, hospitality companies, restaurants and private chefs and sommeliers.
