Having worked with many different builders over the years I can say It's very rare to come across a talent like Frank. I have only known him a few short months but within that time the thing I have come to know is Frank is amazing at what he does and can handle any scope of work you throw his way. His mindset, knowledge, and processes will be a complete game changer for anyone who is looking to have work done to their home and decides to work with him. I'm still blown away at the quality of work that has been done around my house.

We submit a complete and detailed estimate. Our pricing is very fair and competitive. We are a small company with mininual overhead. This enables us to be highly competitive in our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to view the job, take pictures and engage in an initial discussion about the project with the potential client.
We then will submit a complete and detailed estimate listing all components of the services offered and a payment schedule. It also list materials to be used. Possible starting and completion dates.
