Mike arrived on time and discussed the best cleaning option for my Berber carpet. The 'magic powder' really brought my old dirty carpet back to life. He takes pride in his work and his company. This company excels in customer service and wants you to be 100% satisfied. I will definitely use Clean State again. Thank you!!

Communication leading up to the visit was responsive, quick, and accommodating. Michael and his team did an excellent job. The home was thoroughly cleaned with more detail-orient than I expected (and my house was pretty gross). Additionally, I was able to get carpets/furniture cleaned at the same time, which is something that was desperately needed and really difficult to find. Overall, I paid a beyond fair price and will look forward to having them back on a consistent basis. Thank you!

Michael was great, made sure to see the job through for us and was very flexible with timing, which was crucial during our move. He took care of the home we moved into and the home we moved out of. We found small issues after the move in clean and he was proactive in scheduling time to come back and take care of it, going above and beyond. We expect to work with him regularly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No every customer and every space is priced on an individual basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our number one goal is to make sure our clients are happy, we will go the extra mile to make that possible. We give an initial quote based upon the data the customer provided and it is a worst case scenario quote, the quotes have a tendency to drop once we see the area we are cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years in the industry cleaning everything imaginable.
