- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate, and upfront pricing. We provide a transparent price prior to any commencement of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the office will arrange a date to have a plumber on site. At this point the plumbers meets with the customer and reviews their issues. From here options for a repair will be given, along with a price. All work orders are signed in order to begin work. After completion the plumber on sight will show you the work completed and ask for a work acceptance signature. We like to be as transparent as possible and make sure everyone is happy with the product they have bought.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a master plumbing license. Under which all works are either journeyman plumbers in the state of Mass, or apprentices.
