In 2013 after much research in general and for Solar companies, my husband and I decided to hire Solar Rising to install our system. We we very pleased with Cody , Neal and the rest of the crew. They helped us get through the paperwork necessary for rebates and SRECS and have been responsive to the issues you expect to arise with home improvement. We were so pleased we hired Solar Rising for a second installation of more panels as well as installing Solar on our second home the next year. We trusted the company to work in our homes while we were not home. The additional installations were perfect and again they respond quickly to any issues that might arise. As far as customer service is concerned I give them A+. When our son and daughter were interested in Solar , Solar Rising installed their systems. They were very happy with the work as well as customer service. There were young children at both homes and the employees were very considerate of the children and safety. Finally They installed a system on a rental property recently. We have known them for years now and do not hesitate to recommend them . They are conscientious, professional and stand behind their work. Last year a squirrel damaged some wires on our system and they were there quickly to take care of the problem. I would definitely recommend Solar Rising. From the initial consult to the finish product they were professional. They completed all the paperwork, applying for the loan, credits and utility documents.
