- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and unique, we do offer free consultations and transparent and itemized billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fist of all, we usually correspond about a project with a new customer via email or phone. We like to meet the customer as soon as we can to get them to feel more comfortable and build trust and communication. We then create an invoice for the customer and encourage the customer to ask questions. We usually email the invoice as its done. Then we may meet the client again if they feel they have any questions. Last, we schedule an appointment for the customer to do the work. We work with all customers to make sure they're as comfortable as possible with the project and the timing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to trade school in high school, when I was out I worked a myriad of jobs that help me get the skills I needed to have my own business today.
