Lisa visited for a yoga class for a bachelorette party. She came to our Airbnb, was punctual, flexible with the location, and extremely pleasant! We had a great class and everyone who participated loved it! Wonderful instructor, great energy, and knows how to read the room. Would highly recommend!

Being a newbie to Yoga, I was nervous about being able to master the poses. Lisa was always encouraging and went at a pace I could keep up with. As I continued to take her classes, my confidence in the poses improved. I particularly enjoyed the last several minutes of meditation which were extremely relaxing. I would recommend Subtle Movements Yoga to anyone interested, beginner or experienced!

I had never taken Yoga, and I felt a little apprehensive. Lisa is very encouraging and is extremely passionate about the physical and spiritual aspects of Yoga. She takes the time to prepare so that each person receives individual attention and instruction. Each class offers a variety of poses, and she creates an atmosphere which is not intimidating at all - everyone is at their own level, yet you always feel challenged. She is very detail oriented and gives specific instructions to make sure each pose is correctly performed and that you are receiving all of the benefits. I learned a lot about myself. To say Yoga helped changed my life sounds trite and exaggerated, but I learned to move every part of my body and in doing so, opened up many aspects of my mind.
