Introduction: I call my type of cooking a melting pot. I grew up in the Carribbean, don't expect all spicy foods I'm here for all. I've learn to appreciate all cultures. If I have never made it I will do all the research to make sure my customers are please with the final product. I'm here to please YOU! Home cook meal you will never forget, but yet still feel you are in eating in a restaurant setting. I put my flire along with yours. Will plan the menu around your preference. Kathy has catered multiple events for my company. So well, I've asked her to cater for my personal events as well. Her diverse knowledge of cultural cuisines is what makes me call her back every time. Tell her your idea or theme and let her do the rest. She always shows up way before planned time ro make sure everything is perfect before start of event. A real professional.

I hired Kathyann to make a few dishes and to bake a cake for my birthday party I was hosting at my house. I ordered shrimp scampi, rice and peas, baked chicken as well as a strawberry shortcake. I told her I was expecting at least 40 people and I needed the food delivered by 6:00 pm the night of my party. Kathyann arrived at 5:30 and even offered to help me set up my buffet. Her presentation of the food looked fantastic. I was extremely impressed. My guests and myself really enjoyed the food. It was extremely delicious. There was also a great amount of food so everyone felt satisfied. Lots of people kept asking me who made the food. I would highly recommend Kathyann's service to anyone.

I recommend having the squash soup it was tasty and rustic...also the Tiramisu was great wasn't a big fan of this dessert, but there was something about it that made me wanted more overall the service and food was great!

    Cooking for all ages! Culinary Art Degree from Newbury College and Baking and Pasrty from Johnson and Wales. I work in restaurant industry.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    If anyone have work in a restaurant setting its not very flexible especially when you have a family, also I wanted to be my own boss and have some type of flexibility.
