Proper carpet cleaning requires time and multiple steps. Most large companies need to book 5 to 6 jobs a day, which means the techs are looking to get in and get out of your house as fast as possible. I schedule a max of 3 jobs per day and allow extra time for tough stains, getting the carpet dry, and other variables you run into. The interaction with my customers. I love watching their reaction as their dingy carpet comes back to life.
