Im more than happy with the work Helio and Resourceful Solutions did for us. They gave us an overbuilt deck and shed along with a whole slew of interior upgrades which have been weighing on me for years.When I say overbuilt I mean it in a good way. This deck could host an entire wedding of elephants. It is more solid than, and will probably outlive, the house itself. You could move your MIL into the shed out back, but only if you really liked her. Its too nice to give to just anyone. Im actually envious of the living conditions for my tools and pool pump. They never had it so good.Seriously, Resourceful Solutions did an amazing job. I have, and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs any work, large or small, done. They are amazing!

RS has done several jobs for me including replacing exterior doors; replacing stairs and upper deck on an exterior porch; and building out a room with doors and adding transoms above. Their drywall and finish plastering work is excellent. Helios is a professional. He and his team are efficient, they do great work, and they leave the worksite spotless. I will be working with him again and highly recommend him as a contractor to others.

Helio, of Resourceful Solutions, LLC, is a person of his words. Last year, I decided to renovate the kitchen and bathroom of a rental unit when my tenant told me he would not continue the lease, and hope it will be ready before September first. I eventually secured Helios commitment a couple months ago for the last two weeks of August. However, I have booked a two-week vacation beginning the last week of August a year in advance. Helio understood the urgency of this project and he also understood our design for the project. Helio and his team worked long hours and completed the project one day ahead, without close supervision. My real estate agent told me this is one of the best renovation projects he ever seen. I have no reservation in recommending Helio and his team for people want a project done without worry.

I would definitely recommend Resourceful Solutions for your home improvement needs! I found them to be reasonably priced with excellent craftsmanship and great communication from start to finish. We hired them to do several projects ranging from small to large and was happy with the outcome of each of them.The first project was to fix water damage around the garage door frame and windows. They were up front and honest that they would not know what they would find when they opened up the wall and when they did find additional damage they provided me with several options to work within our budget.The second project was to rebuild and redesign a deck which came out beautifully.We also had Resourceful Solutions create an addition on our house leading off of the garage. They filed for all of the permits and took care of all of the dealings with the local town agencies. The craftsmanship was excellent and we are extremely happy with how our new playroom and office areas turned out.Resourceful Solutions did not ask for final payment until confirming that all of the work was completed to our satisfaction. I will certainly use them again for our future home improvement needs.
