Introduction: I would say that my experience in the industry over the years working both in the commercial and residential arenas has given me a unique perspective when it comes to the wide variety of projects on which I work. I also think that my attention to detail and follow up is second to none. I love doing the space planning and creating a functional space for those who use it to live, work, and/or play in. As well, I enjoy putting together all the various finishes that set each space apart from just being ordinary.

I really enjoyed working with Jane on my Master Bathroom Project. Her personality is very easy to work with, where some designers have too much ego in a project. She is hands-on, extremely organized, thorough and a nice eye for design. She is very effective at seeing outdated and awkward space and making it very functional while maintaining a high standard stylistically. She was recommended to me from a very reliable contractor, so obviously she is very good at managing sub-contractors for your project too. Simply put, Jane is kind and good at what she does.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with a new client and interview them as to what they are looking to have done, I take photos of the spaces that will be worked on, take some measurements, as well as get a feel for what the client has in mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Interior Design from Michigan State University, and have worked for an office furniture dealership, and a facilities planning group before working for myself.
