What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will often ask first what the customers budget is. I am willing to work with any budget depending on the scope of the idea.
I include in pricing 2 logos, PNG files, JPEG files, and Ai files if requested.
In pricing I include work in progress sketches showing you exactly what I am doing. By the end I want you to be happy you worked with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we schedule a 1 hour pre-call. In this call we will discuss your vision and expectation of me. I will take notes and ask questions that I feel will help the project go well. Following this discussion we work out our payment arrangement. Once this is complete I will begin immediately with a follow up 48 hours later.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have High-school & college level training in Graphic Design and Illustration. Following that I have an additional 7 years of experience in the field. I am highly motivated and teach myself new skills to continue being a sharp as possible.
I engage in a lot of reading within my field and outside of my field engaging in online courses to increase my knowledge.
