Our exterior painting done by Paul started peeling just about a year after, but we were told last year that he would be out of the country and would fix for us this spring. As of today, he has not responded our messages, even though the contract had a two year written warranty.

I am so happy with the deck restaining project that Paulo did for me. He came to my home to review the work and provided me a written estimate. He met my budget and was responsive, communicative, kind and such a hard worker. He was clear about needing to wait for the rain to stop, and set my expectations for timing. I would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to my friends and family. He is a great guy and worked so hard. I really trusted him. See the results for yourself!

We hired True Colors Painting, to stain our deck, which had been neglected for a few years. Paulo came to our house to inspect the job and reassured us that he would be able to restore the deck to like new condition. The job was delayed for a month due to the rainy June 2023. Paulo remained in touch with us faithfully to coordinate a date for the job and finally during a three day stretch of sunny weather was able to complete the work. Paulo and his assistant were very professional and courteous. They previously power washed the deck, then sanded it the day of painting, and applied two coats of stain as promised in the estimate. The deck looks like new, even though it is 30 years old. We are extremely pleased with True Colors and highly recommend them without hesitation for a thorough professional job. Definitely 10 star quality workmanship!!

Paolo was very communicative and responded quickly and showed up cheerfully and quickly got me a quote which was extremely reasonable. We talked to get the right "weather" to do the job and it was done very well, efficiently with his partner. I felt very comfortable having them around. I hope to employ Paolo for other jobs in the future.
