- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We create custome menus so we don't have a pricing structure. Our menu items are priced out per person, however, so that our clients have an idea of what the pricing structure will look like if guest counts change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are encouraged to share as much information regarding their event as possible so that we can create a custom experience for them. We like to work with customers to be sure that we give them the perfect day. We are always open to new ideas and are always cognisant of budgets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree from Sacred Heart University. After graduating I completed the Professional Chef Program at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. My most important training, however, was done in the kitchensof talented chefs.
