FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be on the more affordable end. I understand that small projects and services can be tough to justify because of the steep price of contractors and I try to work on the belief that the small things lead to bigger things. I would rather replace an outlet for a reasonable cost and leave a good impression, than make a few extra dollars and never get called again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the size of the project I either offer a walkthrough and an estimate (for the larger projects) or a set price for the smaller ones. I like to leave my customers feeling confident that they have made the right decision in hiring me and I like to maintain a relationship with all my former customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing residential and commercial wiring for almost 10 years and I have a journeyman's license. I have also worked in the solar industry and have installed and commisioned hundreds of systems, some of which included whole house battery backup. I am currently seeking my Master license.
