I was desperately looking for emergency assistance to fix my brand new Navien water heater. It gave up on me on a friday evening and there was no plumber available nearby for a quick resolution. Jean reached out to me on Saturday morning and offered his services. He inspected the unit and found out that the igniter had corroded completely, given the quality of water in our area. He put in efforts to try and clean the current igniter to get it working again and promised to follow up with Navien to get a replacement under warranty and have it fixed. Thanks to Jean, i don’t have to worry about hot water problems on a cold weekend. Really appreciate his professionalism.

Jean of GNK was a wonderful plumber. He was extremely responsive to our request for service. He replumbed the ancient pipes in our basement and installed a new laundry room tub and sink. He also installed a new toilet in our basement. He was fast efficient and pleasant; the work only took 1/2 a day or 4 hrs. We would definitely hire this company for our plumbing needs in the future.
