Had a toilet whose innards had fallen apart. Rocket Michael contacted us immediately through Thumbtack to assess the issue. He was flexible in his scheduling, and he arrived right on time. Personable, courteous, professional, appropriately methodical, and clearly skilled, he set everything to rights in a short time, conversed with us a little, then went on his way. Mike was very informative about the work he will be providing. He walked us through each step of the work he would be doing. Very professional and respectful. I will definitely hire him again on any future projects. Most of all our toilet is no longer clogged and Mike was able to contain what could have turned into a bigger issue if not caught! Mike did an excellent job replacing a leaking toilet flapper and also my kitchen faucet. He also did a great job replacing the valve so we would be able to get hot water in the bathroom again. Thoroughly tested and explained everything, every step of the way. Very down to earth and enjoyable to work with; a great US veteran. I highly recommend and will utilize his services again.
