Construction is never easy, especially plumbing but ER have integrity and that matters most. Originally booked an appointment which the technician had to reschedule but the manager called me and owned the mistake and made it right by putting my job as the first one the next morning. Reggie the technician showed up, was professional, showed my property respect, and walked me through every detail to make sure we were aligned. Job was sink plumbing, garbage disposal hookup, dishwasher line, and fixture install on short notice. Also they are priced very competitively priced. Solid job, would hire again !

ER plumbing services was great! We communicated on a Sunday, and Reggie was here first thing Monday morning. Did a quick and clean job of replacing our kitchen faucet very professional! Would use ER services again!

The job itself was completed correctly. However, the $500 charge to snake a hair salon sink is overpriced (100+ clean up fee) . Additionally, while the work was done, the technician’s customer service could have been better. He was very short in his responses and came across as having an attitude, which affected the overall experience with staff on site. Unfortunately first impression is everything. The office team was good to communicate with though.
