Had a great experience with this plumber. He fixed my sink quickly and arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He was super nice and friendly, explained what was going on, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. They were able to come out within two days of my request, which was a huge relief. He also left the space spotless when he was done, which I loved.

Mr Rooter Plumbing of Southern MA for a problem with my toilet. Jeff contacted me almost immediately after my Thumbtack request and was able to get a technician to my house within 2 hours of our first contact. Jacob quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair within an hour of arriving. The personnel were professional, prompt, explained the issue and what needed to be done.
