Duane was able to help me out with a time sensitive problem with my pool pump (and during a week when he was supposed to be off). Responded to my request on a Sunday evening when I was in a panic and was at my house the next day. He was able to analyze the problem and explain it to me clearly, outlining what he could do now to avoid a catastrophe, and what needs to be done later to make the whole system more efficient and cost effective. Very professional. Will definitely have him back to perform "the rest of the work"!
