The owner, Pamela Coletti, has been doing medical transcription for over 10 years, and she personally goes through each and every report before it is sent back to our physicians. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If looking for a transcriptionist, I would recommend giving them a trial period of a couple of weeks. This would give enough time for them to get used to the dialect, since everyone talks differently, and it would give you enough time to see the quality of their finished work.
