- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Complicate pricing, really? No games and nothing complicated about my business or my pricing structure. You will also NEVER get any surprises when it comes to pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly between product training, install certifications and licensing. This is ongoing and never ending.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents, uncle David, aunt Mary and aunt Patsy are all builders so it's in my blood to say the least.
