Waterman Building and Remodeling completed a large new roofing project for us in less than 3 days. They also installed 5 new replacment VELUX windows. Result is significant improvement in protection and appearance of our home. The work was done in very professional manner, with careful clean-up and respect for property. Thank you very much for this hard work and a great job done.

Brian and his crew were excellent, from beginning to end. Brian took time initially to gauge the job, ask questions, and check in with us every day during the building process. He was initially hired to do the roof, skylights and gutters - but shortly before starting, we asked him to build a portico. It had already been designed, but Brian took it on and did a wonderful job. Additionally, he explained the tax advantages of the roof and the type of skylights we installed, which will be helpful when we file our taxes this spring. After he'd finished the project, he recommended a painter (who is finishing the inside of our house as I write this). Overall, we are very, very satisfied with Waterman Building & Remodeling and would give him our highest recommendation.

We price your roof by the sq ft. We have no hidden fees for dumpsters or permits. It’s all included and labeled in our professional contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an appointment to come out and provide you with a free estimate. After we have met and gone over all the details of your job throughly I provide a written contract by email or mail. The rest is up to you on making your hiring decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of training in the field and have been to multiple trade seminars. I also have an unrestricted construction supervisor license and many other certifications.
