Installation of a bathroom exhaust fan and new cedar wood ceiling. Joe was professional, courteous, easy to work with, and had fair pricing. Would recommend for household projects.

We hired Flynn’s Home Improvement to be the general contractor for a kitchen and dining room remodel. The job was a success and I highly recommend Joe Flynn and his partner Harry Kourmanopoulos for getting the job done. Joe has the qualities that matter when it comes to being a home contractor: integrity, intelligence, and patience with all the customization that is required of working on an individual home. When the inevitable setbacks or changes in plan happened, Joe was upfront and clearly outlined the options which made it easier to resolve, thereby keeping things on track. He was flexible and worked with us on some special needs we had. Joe and Harry are respectful of property. Joe’s communications, like texting, were very helpful during the job, like when we were in a home improvement store and needed quick answers to our questions or when we needed updates on the schedule. Joe and Harry made a challenging remodel go smoothly and the finished results are quite beautiful.
