Hi my name is Terry, my wife and I recently built a house in Newton NH . Had the well drilled by a great outfit we had used in the past. Plenty of water but when we moved in we noticed some issues, staining in the tub, showers and toilets and a smell. had the water tested by a state recommended lab and founded out we had some major issues. Contacted five watertreatment vendors recommended by the lab but wasn't happy with any of them. My son lives in South Hampton and had similar water issues and he recommended H20 Care. Called them spoke with Steve, great guy! he came to the house checked things out and we gave him a deposit that day. A few days later the installation team was here and did a bang up job. Being a licensed tradesman for many years I am quite fussy about the way systems are installed, especially in my own home! We talked, they did exactly what I wanted and then some! Totally professional, We could not be happier with the water quality now!!! Great team , HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Jonathan Kent was excellent. He explained the effect of bleach on the system, was prompt, pleasant, and thorough, and even got along well with our aggressive dog.

Couldnt be happier with the service from H2O Care, Steve was very knowledgeable on what type of system I needed and explained it all in detail so i know what i was actually paying for. Elaine was a pleasure to talk to regarding the scheduling and helped my family and I out with getting the systeminstalled quickly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects a fair value for a professional installation with on-staff Licensed Plumbers and U.S. made, durable equipment. We are likely not the least expensive or the most expensive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first consider any specific concerns and follow with water testing to determine what we want to remove from the water. There is on-site testing we offer free of charge for aesthetic issues such as Iron, hardness, low Ph and total dissolved solids. We can then determine which type of filtration will work while also considering plumbing aspects in the home or business and quote a complete price for installation. Testing for health related contaminants requires a certified lab for which there would be a charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 Years of hands-on experience solving water problems in New England with many up-dated water quality courses throughout the years. This combined with Master and Journeyman plumbing backgrounds, we combine the latest technology with professionally installed systems.
