- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, transaction volume, and the complexity of your books. I offer flat monthly bookkeeping packages for ongoing clients as well as one-time cleanup and catch-up projects. Before any work begins, I'll provide a clear quote so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick consultation to learn about your business, your bookkeeping needs, and any challenges you're facing. From there, I'll review your current accounting setup, provide recommendations, and outline the work that needs to be done. Once we agree on a plan, I'll get your books organized and keep you updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting and currently work full-time at a CPA firm, where I provide bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting services to small businesses. I also have experience with QuickBooks Online, Buildertrend, Jobber, ADP, Gusto, and other accounting software used across multiple industries, with a strong emphasis on construction.
