We just purchased a house on Oct 31st, we had an issue with gurgling in our downstairs bathroom, whenever we used the upstairs bathroom, this was a late outreach call, and Mook responded right away, we scheduled for a 10am meeting, once he arrived he got right to work, he cleared the issue with our toilet, provided knowledge as to what was going on and updated us when needed. Thank you for the quick response and coming right by you remedy our situation.

Jimmy was a life saver for us yesterday. He took time out of his Sunday to replace a faucet that was dripping for us for months. My mom is super happy with her new kitchen faucet. He unclogged the sink in our bathroom. My daughter said finally i can wash my face without using the plunger haha… he replaced the water refilling parts of two toilets. The best is that he used an anti-rust spray instead of replacing a part under the kitchen sink. That saved time and work. Another plumber suggested removing. Thanks again Jimmy.
