Dutra construction is very professional. They did excellent work. We had two bathrooms redone with them completely a porch and a front door and we are very satisfied.

We’ve used Dutra Construction for two big projects at our house, and both turned out amazing! They finished our basement and added a half bath, then built a beautiful screened-in porch/deck out back. Josafa is super responsive and always follows through—if he says someone’s coming, they show up. They also did great work on my brother-in-law’s house. Honest, trustworthy, and easy to work with—We highly recommend them!

While I could only choose three, I would also choose value and punctuality. Each person that worked with Mr. Dutra was punctual, responded to any requests and was highly professional. Their work was exceptional. Mr. Dutra spent a lot of time initially helping us plan the project, even creating pictures. After that plan, he was very patient when we changed the entire location of the plan continuing to design our project in the new location. He regularly monitored the work coming to the site often. He added a few extras, like an additional step, when he saw the need. He also repaired an item that previously needed repair and not damaged by him. He and his crew cleaned up and even reseeded the grass where the shed had been moved to. This is the first contractor we have worked with that did not damage other areas when they were doing their work. It was clear that the man who designed the railing is an artist as our railing is exquisite. I wish Dutra Construction had been around when we had other work done. It would not need re-doing now. By the way, he came in UNDER BUDGET! You can't beat that! This project will allow us to stay in our home for many more years.

Have used Dutra Construction for 3 jobs including 2 large porches. Josafa is such a professional and his crew are not only skilled, but kind and clean as well. The work was well done and though not the cheapest, he was also not the most expensive. And he is very transparent about what he is charging you. He is very responsive and timely as well. Highly recommend!!
