Carlos Patricio handled our snow plowing while we were away. He was responsive, came the same day, and also shoveled the walkways. He sent before-and-after photos, which we appreciated. He was willing to come down on price after some negotiation. Overall, a solid and reliable experience.

Extremely responsive, I’ve been trying to find snow removal services since the big storm a few weeks ago, I got injured and now can’t shovel my own little driveway. I reached out this morning and by this afternoon, they came by to provide estimate and actually finished up the cleanup from last nights snowfall and got everything ready for the big storm on the way tomorrow night. Polite, punctual and professional. I’m glad I found someone competent (and responsive) for this service. Very happy with my experience.
