Carlos responded to my Thumbtack request within minutes. We made arrangements for him to come by and give me an estimate (some just offered a phone estimate). He carefully explained what was needed, including photos of the gutters, and we agreed on a price. He sent me a written estimate as I requested and we arranged for him to return. He returned as agreed and completed the work quickly--cleaning the gutters and replacing worn/missing parts. He pointed out another piece of work that was needed and I agreed to it. I am pleased with the work Carlos and his crew did and am confident my gutters are in good shape for years to come. I should mention that Carlos is learning English but we used an app on his phone for complicated discussions and that worked fine. He is courteous and thorough. I would hire him again,
