- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning needed. I always provide a clear estimate before starting any job so there are no surprises. I also offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). My goal is to provide high-quality service at a reasonable price while making sure every customer feels they received great value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and convenient. First, I ask a few questions about the home and the type of cleaning needed. Customers can also send photos so I can give an accurate estimate. Then we schedule a day and time that works best. On the day of the service, I arrive on time and make sure everything is cleaned thoroughly. My goal is always to leave the customer completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience and years of working with different homes and cleaning situations. I have developed efficient cleaning methods, proper product use, and attention to detail to ensure every space is thoroughly cleaned and safe for families and pets.
