- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is based off of the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, squarefootage, type of service, and amount of extra services. Booking a recurring service with us means the price of each clean can have an up to 25% price reduction (depending on how often we clean your property). it's important to note that if there is a cancelation with 48 hours in advance there will be a $50 cancelation fee. And if there is a cancelation within 24 hours or less there is an $100 cancelation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically get on the phone, offer a free quote, and make sure the customer's ideal cleaning experience is fully fleshed out before we begin. We offer free walkthroughs to clients who may have unique specificities regarding what they want.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers who know what they want in a clean are encouraged to fill us in as we are detail oriented and want to make sure their personal clean is highly customized to their standards. If a client is unsure about what they want, we are more than happy to assist them in figuring out exactly what is best for them.
