Soooo...I’m am probably the pickiest person on the planet! (Blame my full-blooded Italian in me) and I’ve gone through quite a few house cleaning specialists! Junia started yesterday and I was skeptical as everyone says they do a great job, but they don’t. I came home last night to sparkling clean hardwood floors and not just washed, even the corners and baseboards were clean and smelled fabulous. My tile floors were cleaned meticulously too. I’m used to coming home to sticky floors as they wouldn’t have been rinsed enough. Bathroom and kitchen faucets were scrubbed clean too and I always look to see all the books and crannies and if they were done and she nailed it! My countertops and I have lots were sparkling clean and no residue anywhere (you can tell that I’ve had some pretty bad cleaning jobs done). The carpets even smelled great and I have a 12 year old black kitty that leaves hair everywhere and I don’t think I found one hair all anywhere. Lol When Junia responded to my request in Thumbtack, my friends even said, “I would never work for you because you’re too high-maintenance, but Junia was exceptionally patient with all my texts about my needs and is probably the most patient woman ever! I look so forward to hiring her to organize cabinets and closets for me as I work so much that I never have time to attend to the domestic chores. She gets an A + for her patience, attention to detail and overall wonderful personality. She’s someone that can be trusted to follow-through in everything! Wish I found her sooner. You won’t be disappointed in hiring her! ❤️

Junia and her helper went above and beyond to organize and make my home more beautiful. I knew that my deep clean was a big task and they completed it efficiently and thoroughly. Junia also accommodated a time sensitive request and flexed her other appointments to accommodate a full cleaning at my house. Well worth the money spent and the most thorough cleaning we have ever had.

With a 13 month old crawling around and a new baby on the way in 3 weeks I NEEDED to get the house cleaned. Junia responded to my ad on Fri, came to check out our place on Sat and came to do a full clean Monday afternoon! She is responsive, professional and very thorough. The place was spotless! Her price was extremely reasonable as well for the amount of work and time spent. The price she quoted for biweekly cleanings is also tough to beat.

Yes,I try to be fair with them.I give the price based on the size of the house,how often the service will be requested and how many bathrooms there is in the house.I like to see the house before i give a price to be very honest on the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After texting about price i like to meet them in first person so they can know who they are hiding and let they know they can trust me.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
