I hired Me. Leominster to do my front walk way. After seeing his work was very happy and paid $3100. I then continued to have his services to make a concrete area in my back yard for easier maintenance. After being given an estimate of $9100 he then came back to charge me $11,000 and it didn’t end their ,,,, he pores the concrete in the mist of our Rain storm in September. The concrete has then broken into pieces and also has caused a lot of water damage in my house because the concrete was not poured evenly. So the water goes into the home creating massive puddles and going into bulk head. We then proceeded to communicate for months for Thai to be fixed. My answer from him was I will see you when I get back from Brazil. I am still waiting! I took a big loss with this company! They were not Honest with their quotes. They did not keep their word in guaranteed work. I have been so stressed out with this that literally regret dealing with this company! Very very very BAD business!!!! I had to pay another company to come out just to tell me that they needed to rebuild the block around the bulk head and the company that did the first job did not do the job correctly! Another $1600 and still the problem is not fixed well we are in spring and still NO answer. I wasn’t even given a written contract or a receipt of payment. Just my my certified bank check for back up … BAD Business! Very upset customer!
