The Glasshouse Media team is comprised of photographers, videographers, editors & client support specialists who are committed to providing industry leading digital media content for small businesses with a focus in the real estate sector. Formerly R.E. Media Services, our company began offering high-quality, affordable, and speedy services to real estate and corporate clients in 2012. We currently work with over 900 realtors throughout New England and our multimedia was used to sell more than $1 Billion of real estate in 2024! We have also had the opportunity to work with corporate clients from an array of industries including manufacturing, transportation, health care, and solar energy providers. Glasshouse Media strives to offer an exceptional customer experience for all our clients. Our goal is to reduce the burden and stress that goes along with marketing content production so our clients can focus on the myriad other responsibilities at hand. Glasshouse is amazing. Their business model makes so much sense in the real estate world. These pictures were for Airbnb. Glasshouse had lots of appointments next day and they deliver your images the following day by 3 pm, sooner if needed. Their prices are great as well. They gave me further discounts without me asking or having any codes. They also offer to further alter 5 images virtually if needed. The photographer Matt was easy going, very experienced, made me feel very confident that I’ll get the pictures I was looking for. I’ve used other companies and was very disappointed. I will use them for my other listings in fact on one to correct another photographer’s mess. No complaints here!

R.E. Media was a joy to work with. They were super responsive to all communication and went above and beyond in working with us, even after we needed to reschedule the photos several times. Not only that, but the pictures came out great! I would definitely use them again for future projects in the area.

We hired David and his team to create an image library for the City of Marlborough. They provided the best quote and were extremely accommodating throughout the process. They spent a number of days taking ground and aerial pictures of dozens of sites around the city. The result was hundreds of beautiful pictures that we've used over and over and over again since then to promote the city and its businesses both in print and online materials. Wonderful experience all around!

As a real estate media company, we have a tiered structure for agents to peruse or discuss with us. Please contact us for custom quotes for corporate and event projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we have a conversation with the new clients to obtain a sense of their vision for the project. We will also share specifics regarding the turnaround time of the services and any details unique to their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees have over twenty years' experience working in the fields of video, photography, events, real estate and digital media. Staff complete an in-depth orientation/training process to reduce variability and ensure consistency in the final product our clients receive.
