- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always straightforward. The estimate includes everything labor, materials, and cleanup so there are no hidden costs. I also offer fair rates and sometimes seasonal discounts. If something unexpected comes up, we talk it through before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by meeting in person to look at the project and understand exactly what you’re hoping for. I’ll take measurements and then put together a detailed written estimate. Once we agree on everything, we schedule the work and keep you updated each step of the way until it’s all finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education came from hands-on training learning from family members and seasoned professionals over the years. I’ve also completed safety courses and keep up with the latest building codes and materials so we always do things right.
