Our experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare from the very beginning. They completely blew off our first scheduled appointment without any notice, and when they finally did send a team, it was clear they were not specialists in window installationthey were just there to get the job done as quickly as possible.The result? Poorly insulated and improperly caulked windows that allow major drafts into our home. We have reached out multiple times, and they have promisedon three separate occasionsto come back and fix the issue. It has now been **five months**, and they have yet to follow through.This companys lack of professionalism, accountability, and quality workmanship has been beyond frustrating. If you are considering hiring them, **dont**save yourself the headache and find a company that actually stands by its work. **I do not recommend them at all!** pictures of their finished work!

My wife and I met with Valdez and were able to close out an estimate same-day at a fraction of the cost of the major window companies. Dan, the owner, was also involved to make sure everything went smoothly and met our needs.Throughout the process, communication with Meaghan at the office was fantastic! The crew was timely and efficient and didn't leave for the day until what was promised was completed. The company also stands behind their commitments and product. When a window was manufactured to the wrong size through no fault of their own, Meaghan was on the phone right away with the manufacturer to make it right.We are very happy with the result and look forward to working with them on our next project!
