Was able to do driveway same day while I was out of town so I could return to not 2 ft of snow. Unfortunately original quoted price (with photo of driveway) was asked to be increased by 1/3rd when they arrived. negotiated to increase half of that, but -1 Star for that. Also -1 Star for not completely clearing entry steps, where the uncleared section is now frozen solid. I can still access the house but a wide block of ice on the top step is less than ideal. +1 start for offering to return and clear the ice
