FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work and time required to complete each project. We provide detailed estimates before starting any job to ensure transparency. Discounts may be available for long-term contracts or repeat customers. Please note that additional fees may apply for rush requests, changes in project scope, or work performed outside standard hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with new customers starts with an initial consultation to discuss the project details, scope of work, and timeline. Once we have a clear understanding of the job requirements, we provide a detailed estimate for approval. After the estimate is approved, we coordinate scheduling, gather any necessary documentation (such as insurance certificates or permits), and begin the work as agreed. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication to ensure everything meets expectations. Upon completion, we review the work together and handle any final details or invoicing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive hands-on experience in the construction industry, with years of training in framing, general carpentry, sideing and project management. Over time, we’ve developed strong skills in reading blueprints, job-site coordination, and ensuring work meets both safety and quality standards. In addition to years of hands-on experience in construction and framing, we’ve completed training in OSHA safety standards and building code compliance. We stay up to date with modern construction techniques and industry best practices to ensure every project is done right and safely.
