Franklin was very punctual and professional. He responded to me within minutes and was available to work on the project the next morning. This is so important bc I'm not always home and to have someone reliable to quickly fix things is a huge plus. He's very flexible, always willing to help me with smaller little details that need a little touch, on top of the main project. I would work with him and his company any time again.

I would've given ore yhan 5 stars if i could have. Grade A+ company. Franklin was more than on time for the initial estimate, he immediately sent me the written estimate and was very detailed about exactly every single detail they'd be doing on the contract. He made everything crystal clear. He was very transparent. Once I signed the contract and gave the initial deposit he kept me 100% in the loop of pulling the permit, the dumpster, step by step he kept me in the loop which I appreciated so much. He came the day that the dumpster was brought and made sure that he cleared the roof of any snow or debris and assured me that all the materials had come in and he'dbe starting the project that following Monday. At 7:30am Monday morning they came and hit the ground running. So organized so professional and the roof came out flawless. Not one scrap of dirt or mattrials left behind and next morning like he stated the dumpster was picked up bright and early. Wow is all I can say. Best roofing company hands down. His price was very detailed amd transparent and he made it work for my budget. He went above and beyond for my son and I we absolutely loved and appreciated that for sure. Out of all 7 of the companies I dealt with on thumbtack his was by far thee best one step by step. Id hire them again eyes closed and I recommend him tenfolds over anyone. Franklin you were exceptonal. Your integrity and professionalism blew me away. Thank you for making this so easy for me. I appreciate you. You made the entire process stress free

Where do I even begin. Outstanding company. They are truly a one of a kind. They hold high standards in integrity, respect, customer service and satisfaction. This company is truly for the customer, no if and or butts about it. Would recommend them ten folds over any other company they are truly theeeee best. Franklin was punctual in our introduction, he took his time to explain everything and immediately sent me an estimate via email with everything we had spoken about in person detail by detail. He was very transparent in the contract very clear as to what my needs and expectations were. Id hire them over and over again for any and all outdoor jobs that they specialize in because I know without a doubt they will take care of it for me and I know they'll do it right the 1st time and they're guarantee is solid. They went above and beyond to help me and the job came out perfectly. I am so happy I chose them. Their prices are very accommodating to any budget and they outbid everyone but the best part of it was that the job was done correctly and with high quality materials totally within my budget. Franklin was the best. He made sure once the contract was signed to keep me in the loop step by step and he was one ring away. He always answered no matter what time i reached out. BEST ROOFING COMPANY EVERRRRR. I will be hiring them in the future for siding and more roofing in other properties that I own because I know im in good hands and I know their prices are unbeatable fair and manageable. Franklin communicates well n set expectations accordingly! He went extra miles to do some of the work not specified in the contract. I recommend him for his professionalism!
