I recently had my car detailed by Mimi's and overall, I was decently satisfied with the service. Their responsiveness and punctuality were excellent — they communicated clearly, arrived on time, and were very professional throughout the process. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other local options, which I really appreciated. Most of the interior detailing work was done to a satisfactory or better standard. The car looked and smelled much cleaner overall. However, I did notice that the seat covers and car seats weren’t cleaned (nor put back in the car), and two of the inside door handles were missed. These small details kept the experience from being truly exceptional. Overall, I’d say Mimi's provided good value and a solid experience. With just a bit more attention to detail and a focus on going the extra mile for customer satisfaction, they could easily deliver a five-star service. I’d still consider using them again in the future.
