About
The services I offer are: *I offer in-person personal training, yoga instruction and nutrition coaching both from your home, as well as online. I am both an experienced certified personal trainer, yoga instructor and nutrition coach. Through a functional approach to fitness I will provide a program that will train your muscles to prepare them for better mobility and movement quality for when at home, work or just enjoying life. I really love helping women and couples aged 40+ years learn how to take better care of their body and their health. I have worked with clients who have back pain, previous injuries and joint issues. I believe in working with where my clients are now and providing a path forward in order to make progress. I also believe in educating my clients, particularly those who have had back issues on how to best ensure their spinal health. I am 51 and I understand first-hand how important maintaining health is and how getting older changes our bodies.

My favorite thing about Pauline is that she does not believe in a one style fits all workout. My goals are different than others and she is works with me to achieve what I want. My body feels so much stronger in only 8 weeks, my resting heart rate has improved. It’s amazing!!! I have never before worked with a trainer and had results like I am experiencing after working with Pauline.

Pauline is very good at giving custom workouts. I have challenges with different issues between my back and ankles. She is very good at finding work arounds these issues until I build up strength in these areas. She is very good getting back to you if you have any questions on the exercises you are working on.

Do you want to feel better? Have you tried working out and ended up injuring yourself? Are you recovering from an injury? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you should contact Pauline Janson. I have tried for years to get in shape and stay in shape. I did yoga, boxing, TRX, walking, and spinning. I always ended up injured. In fact, the reason I finally hired Pauline was because I was recovering from a year of plantar faciitis and a stress fracture in my foot. I was tired of working so hard to just end up injured again. For the past 3 months I have been working with Pauline. I am stronger than I have ever been. I have not been sore. And I have amazing energy. She arrives to each session with new challenges but can also modify any exercise to meet your needs. Pauline models each exercise and explains exactly which muscles are working and why. Her knowledge about how the body works continues to amaze me each week. She is constantly reading books on new exercise theories and sharing this knowledge with her clients. So if you truly want to feel great, be strong, and live your best life give Pauline a chance to make it happen

Pauline knows her stuff. She is knowledgeable and knows how to change the movent to accommodate injury or any soreness or fatigue you are feeling. I highly recommend her!

I would never push myself the way Pauline pushes me and I know if I continue to stick with her I will be stronger then I have been in 20 or more years. I've tried many forms of exercise but working out with Pauline is so much more challenging. She's fun, genuine and really down to earth. If you are looking to get strong with someone you can count on, try working out with Pauline!!
