- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always liked photography. I began to LOVE photography when my first daughter was born. By my second daughters' birth I was hooked!! I could not put down my camera! Too see a new mom or dad look at my viewing screen and see their child's image and take a step back and say 'wow' makes my day. My photography is not a 'job'. It's my passion.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a photog's style that appeals to you. Don't choose your photographer by price only. Check out their work and have a consultation/meeting with them initially and then again before your wedding date. You want to work with your photographer, not against them. Tell them exactly what you want to see as your end result. Open communication and details help the photographer provide you with a wonderful experience, your moments captured in time and fantastic images.
